Valletta Concours

Malta’s car scene is out of all proportion to its size – it’s almost like a group of enthusiasts decided to buy their own island and host regular events there. So Malta having a concours event, the Valletta Concours (a previous Octane Concours of the Year finalist), should come as no surprise, and the 2026 event is scheduled for the 24th May. Last year’s Best In Show was an imposing 1949 Rolls-Royce Silver Wraith but numerous classes, from pre-war to future classics, ensure almost anything is in with a chance. There’s even a “vintage attire” award for the best-dressed member of the public.
