The 2026 Goodwood Festival of Speed will salute US cars, motorsport and automotive culture from 9-12 July, with its star-spangled Americana Celebration presented by Bank of America.

Spanning IndyCar, NASCAR, Can-Am, Trans-Am, IMSA and Formula 1, Goodwood’s all-American motoring celebration falls days after the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence.

Beneath this major national anniversary, US motorsport is also celebrating 110 years of the Indy 500 and Pikes Peak Hill Climb, the 60 years of both Can-Am and Trans-Am and the 20th anniversary of Jimmie Johnson’s first NASCAR Cup Series title.

To mark these anniversaries, the Americana Celebration will see Cathedral Paddock host 50 significant cars and motorcycles from myriad disciplines and welcome major figures from the nation’s motor racing canon, including Al Unser Jr, Dario Franchitti, Travis Pastrana, Emerson Fittipaldi and Aaron Shelby among others.

Goodwood has confirmed the three Ford GT MkIIs that famously locked out the podium at the 1966 24 Hours of Le Mans will be reunited for the first time in ten years at the event and will delight visitors with thunderous runs up the Hill.

Other highlights include the McLaren M8F and Shadow DN4 Can-Am racers, the Scarab and Lola THL1 Grand Prix cars and endurance machines such as the Shelby Cobra Daytona.
